About the Program

The UT Organic Crops Internship Program allows students to fully engage in the planning, marketing, growing, harvesting, and selling component of crop production. In essence, an overall view of each facet of vegetable production.  The market will be held at the UT Gardens every Wednesday from 4-7 pm starting mid-May and ending mid-October.

This blog will be a way to let you all know what we are doing, what we are selling, recipes you should try out, and how we are doing as the season progresses.
